Dream Destinations Travel and Tourism LLC provides tour, flight tickets, visa application assistance, hotel/ apartment booking, car rentals and travel insurance to clients either to themselves or over a supplier.
This website does not allow clients to book directly. Requests will be forwarded to the operations team and requests will be subjected for availability. (Flight tickets, tour, visa applications, car rentals and travel insurance). The customer must receive a reply with in maximum of 24 hours, (depending on the clarity of the inquiry) with the details and amount of their requested services.
The itinerary posted on our website is only a proposed outline. We do not hold any confirmed booking of any kind of services we offer. The quotation might change anytime based on the availability of the chosen service.
Payments for any chosen service shall be paid in full through our payment link and or by personal payment in the shop.
We will not ask for any card details and we will not process payment on your behalf. 
We have the right to ask for Personal Identification card for security purposes.
In order to get benefit at the current proposed prices, we recommend you to book with us immediately because rates are subject to availability. Hence prices can change without prior notice.
In terms of any immediate deals or promotions, our prices are said to be valid for the period mentioned and are subject to the terms and conditions applied to that particular deal or promotion.
In case of an online payment, additional charges are applicable at the time of payment by the client.
Payment by the clients are only acceptable through bank transfers, physical presence or Visa/ Mastercard credit and debit cards. All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers.
If in case there are disputes and refund requests, email must be sent to enquiries@dtholidays.com , approval will depend on each of the services own TnC’s. The client shall provide the original receipt copy once requesting for refund or the invoice number and ban reference number if booking/payment was made online. Refund may take 5-7 days depending on the nature of dispute.




VISA APPLICATION
Visa approval is up to immigration solely.
Dream Destinations Travel and Tourism LLC will apply tourist Visa in the guidance of DTCM Rules. In case of any rejection due to any reason we will not be responsible for Application charge.
Refund or cancellation of the visa services used by the client are non-refundable and refund is non-applicable in case of visa rejections by the immigration. In case of cancellation of the visa by the client, charges are applicable and are to be borne by the client.
Visa processing depends on the immigration. Normal processing is 3-4 working days but can be extended due to the Immigration’s discretion.
Declining any applications is solely under our discretion.
If flight is booked already and visa approval is delayed by immigration then we will not be liable for flight cancellation.
If person does not leave UAE within required time as per visa then all fines will be paid by Applicant / Sponsor of Applicant.
In case of all kind of over stays or absconding of applicant all fines will be paid by Applicant / Sponsor of application.
We have the right to file a case for any fake documents submitted to us on processing VISA applications.
HOTEL /APARTMENT RESERVATION/CAR RENTAL/ TRAVEL INSURANCE
In case of our transportation services, 50% cancellation fee shall be borne by the client, provided that the cancellation has been done 24 hours prior to the utilization of the service.

Weekend or other surcharges may be applicable over and above the package cost for the request period. You will be informed of any price change, and only once you confirmed then we would proceed with the booking.
Cost will not be refunded for any unutilized services.
FLIGHT TICKETS
No booking will be made directly from this website. Any requests will be completed and will be sent as an inquiry. Customer will receive a reply with the quotation maximum of 24 hours, and once confirmed, customer must then process payment through the payment gateway link.
Air Ticket refund and cancelation is subject to the cancelation and refund policy of the airline chosen by the client.
Baggage and other requests are subject for availability.
Any changes are subject to availability, any charges it would result to would be charged to the client.
